Privacy Policy

Depending on the feature you use, MoryaOS may process account and contact details, profile information, organization and role information, saved activity, support messages, community contributions, and technical information needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

Location is used only when a feature clearly needs it, such as nearby discovery, route guidance, or a location-aware check-in. The website should not be treated as an emergency location service.

We use information to authenticate accounts, preserve the correct workspace, show public-safe festival information, operate Mandal, Pathak, and Vendor tools, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.

We do not use private organization or account data as a fallback for public pages. Public projections are intended to contain only information admitted for public discovery.

Public profiles, listings, events, and organization information are shown only when the relevant product surface admits them for public display. Private profile, membership, finance, and operational information remains subject to account and organization permissions.

Do not publish another person's phone number, address, identity document, or private message without a lawful basis and the person's permission.

You can update available profile information from your account surfaces and request account deletion through the deletion flow. Privacy, access, correction, and security questions can be sent to admin@moryaos.com.

Never include a password, one-time password, recovery code, or access token in a support or privacy request.

Information is retained for as long as it is needed for the stated product, safety, security, support, legal, or audit purpose, subject to the applicable account and organization lifecycle.

MoryaOS may use infrastructure, authentication, email, error-monitoring, maps, and other service providers to operate the platform. Providers receive only the information needed for their approved role and are subject to the applicable configuration and contractual controls.
