When a separate addendum may be needed
An organization may request a data-processing addendum when its relationship with MoryaOS requires documented controller, processor, security, subprocessor, breach-notification, retention, or deletion terms beyond the public Privacy Policy and the applicable organization agreement.
How to request one
Contact admin@moryaos.com with the organization name, proposed use of MoryaOS, processing categories, operating jurisdiction, and the authorized contracting contact. Do not send member lists, identity documents, passwords, or OTPs in the initial request.
Contract priority
Where a signed data-processing addendum exists, its specific terms govern the covered processing to the extent of any conflict. Until an agreement is signed, this page is informational only.
